Decision Point Associates, Inc., is proud to offer an in-depth and focused training system incorporating our trademarked Hazard Recognition Plus™ (HRP) System with your field support teams to ensure sustainability of our hazard recognition system.

Why use the HRP Champions™ Program?
The HRP Champions™ Program has been created to help our clients reach a large group of workers in various locations simultaneously, while offering a cost-effective method to provide vital hazard recognition training. Our HRP Champions™ Program will help sustain your existing long-term hazard recognition training.

What is the HRP Champions™ Program?
The HRP Champions™ Program includes the following major components:
A core group of field leaders, identified by your company, will successfully complete up to five days of classroom training to support the HRP System continuously in the field. Successful completion will result in participants being certified as "HRP Champions™".
The HRP Champions™ Program workshop will include key topics such as:
   - Workplace HRP Integration
   - Incident Prevention
   - Job Safety Analysis and Control of Work (Permit) Systems
   - Observations and Interventions
   - New Employee Orientations
   - Developing HRP Leaders in the Field
Field workers and other employees will successfully complete the HRP Foundation workshop online. Online completion of the HRP Foundation training is a pre-requisite to being enrolled as an HRP "Champion™". The online program is tailored to their specific work environment.

How do we begin the HRP Champions™ Program Process?
1. Contact Decision Point Associates, Inc. to request a select number of e-learning logins for use by your employees to complete the Hazard Recognition Plus™ System Foundation course via the internet. The e-learning logins will be continuously available throughout the life of your contract with DPA.

2. Identify key individuals who can attend a five-day HRP Champions™ Program Workshop facilitated by Decision Point Associates. One "Champion" is designated for every 200 employees. (Training for additional "Champions" is available at additional cost.)
