Our Lead Facilitators deliver the HRP Process classes and workshops at the highest level possible.  The best of our HRP facilitators are listed below.

Michael Fleming, Lead HRP Champion
Michael has more than 32 years of professional experience including 13 years with Mobil Oil Corporation and 17 years with DPA.  He was instrumental in the design and implementation of the original HRP Foundation Class and he actively participates in maintaining the technical accuracy and the field relevance of the HRP Process.  As a Lead HRP Champion, Michael has delivered the HRP Process for over twelve years. He holds a B.S. degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology and an M.B.A. in Engineering Management.  He is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Society for Training & Development.

Darrel Caldwell, Lead HRP Champion
Darrel has more than 38 years of professional experience in the petroleum and construction industries.  He is a Lead HRP Champion with over five years of experience teaching the HRP Process. Darrel holds a B.S. degree in Physical Education, Education Psychology, and Social Sciences, an M.S. in Education and Physical Education, and a Ph.D. in Occupational Health and Safety.

Reginald Davis, Master HRP Champion
Reggie has more than 19 years of professional experience in the petroleum and construction industries. He is a Master HRP Champion, teaches the HRP Process, and provides field coaching for the HRP Process. Reggie holds a B.A. in Education.
