In total, DPA has trained over 100,000 people in the HRP Process.

DPA is headed by Michael A. Fleming, CSP, with more than 33 years of health, safety, and environmental experience. Mr. Fleming holds a B.S. Degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. in Engineering Management from the University of Dallas, Dallas, Texas. Michael Fleming provides the primary creative direction within DPA as the company continuously improves its HRP Process.
Dr. R. Farley Fleming, Ph.D., has more than a decade of experience as a risk management analyst. He directs development and improvement of the HRP Process products including classroom training packages, computer-based training applications, language translations, and multi-national field versions. Dr. Fleming holds a B.S. Degree in Zoology (Chemistry minor) from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas; a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado,; and a Master of Laws in Natural Resource Studies from the University of Denver College of Law, Denver, Colorado.
DPA has created a network of HRP certified safety professional companies (Associates) to act as coaching and training delivery teams in specialized industries and in certain geographic areas. These Associates use the HRP Process to coach and train client personnel.
