Michael A. Fleming, CSP Chairman
Michael Fleming is an accomplished safety, fire protection, environmental, and risk management professional. Mr. Fleming has over 25 years of professional experience, including 15 years of consulting and over 13 years on staff with Mobil Oil. He holds a BS degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology and an MBA in Engineering Management. His industry experience provides him with the expertise to evaluate client needs, provide clients with innovative solutions for industrial safety issues, and achieve loss prevention and regulatory compliance.

R. Farley Fleming, Ph.D., LL.M. Chief Operating Officer
Farley Fleming's background includes geology, biology, and environmental studies. He holds an LL.M. in Natural Resource and Environmental Law and serves our clients as a risk management and regulatory analyst. Farley's 23 years of professional experience includes six years of oil industry employment and over 15 years of research and consulting experience. His expertise allows DPA to assist clients with risk reduction strategies including economic evaluations.

Nicholas L. Campbell President and CEO
Nick's education and early career include a Mathematics degree from The Colorado College, five years as a miltary pilot serving in both Viet Nam and Germany, and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Fufilling various technical and management positions in the aviation industry followed. This was culminated by senior managment positions with a multi-faceted aviation services firm owned by TWA, including a period as president of the largest division.
A partnership and senior executive position with what became America's largest publicly-held owner and operator of manufactured home communities was next. As a partner and senior manager, Mr. Campbell has been with Decision Point Associates since 2002.
